아직도 기억 난다. 내가 중학생이었을 때 가방에 달고 다녔던 그 뱃지. 저스틴 비버의 앳된 얼굴이 딱 있던. 어떻게 그렇게 여리여리한 목소리로 그렇게 귀여운 가사로 된 노래를 부르는 지 나는 정말 저스틴 비버 덕후였다. 포스터며 스티커며 메모지며 안 사 본게 없었던 것 같다. 

그런데 정말 전 세계적으로 스타가 된 저스틴 비버도 사실은 그냥 내 또래 남자애였던 거지. 갑자기 막 스캔들 터지고 이런 저런 일들 일어났을 때 나한테는 그냥 가십거리였지만 나는 지금 와서 생각해보면 아직까지 가수 활동 하는 비버가 진짜 대단한 것 같다. 변성기 와서 목소리가 변해도  또 자기만의 색깔을 만들어 나가고 꾸준히 좋은 음악 내는 것 보면 정말 멘탈 강한 부분은 배워야 할 점이다.
